Hey Family,

Happy Valentines day! Things are going wonderful down here in Mexico! Well, other than there were a lot of places that got flooded last week because of how much rain there was! Luckily here in my area it didn't flood, just rained a ton for like four days straight. It was crazy. We got super soaked everyday, but the Lord blessed us for working and we didn't get sick. What a miracle!

It was cool we baptized a 14 yr old girl on friday. We asked her on Tuesday if she wanted to wait until Saturday to get baptized, because originally it was set for Friday and she said she didn't want to have to wait any longer so we ended up doing it on Friday. It was a really cool experience because she lost her mom like 2 months ago and after she got baptized she shared her testimony of the church and how the ward has basiclly been her family. It was cool.

Oh and before she got baptized, we were filling up the baptismal font and I was checking to see if the water was still coming out because the font was almost full and don't ask me how, but I fell in! My companion thought it was hilarious! So did I, so I went out and was sitting in the sun trying to get dry and at first everyone that was arriving to the church thought I was trying to tan or something, it was quite funny!

Anyways Camila was confirmed on Sunday along with Anthai (mom) and Sara (daughter) that we baptized last week.

Honestly, I don't know how people do it. We find them and 3 weeeks later they get baptized. I dont know if I would have enough faith to do it. It all has to do with the power of teaching by the spirit, these people start to see blessings from the second we step into their houses. It's so cool. It's funny, because they usually don't tell us anything until after their baptism and then that's when we find out why they really wanted to get baptized. It's really cool!

Worn out shoes. . . .

Oh yeah, awesome news! Teresa and Edgar are getting sealed february 27. I'm so excited. I get to go with Elder Romney. It's going to be so cool! If you don't remember, she is my first convert my first door contact ever.

Well, I love you guys! Take care. Tell everyone "hi" for me! oh yeah the system changed my lds mail hooked up with google so we got some sweeter emails now! It's not so old school!

Tell that boy to get some new shoes. It makes my feet hurt just looking at them.
